How does property styling work?
To give your property a competitive edge against other sale listings in the Canberra area, The Stylelab Canberra will prepare your property with strategic furniture placement and decorating. We begin with an obligation-free quote, kindly asking to take a look around your place to give a more accurate price based on the amount of furniture needed. Upon acceptance of our quote, we will design and install the perfect styling package for your property.
How much does it cost to style my property?
Pricing for styling will depend on the size of the property, including the number of rooms, outdoor areas and living spaces. One of our friendly staff members will visit your property to determine the amount of furniture required.
How does Stylelab choose furniture for my property?
We own all of our styling stock, allowing us to have quality control, on-trend pieces and a variety of choices from our large collection. We work with the individuality and style of your home to create a beautiful, warm and fresh space.
Can I select specific furniture pieces for my property?
The Stylelab team pride ourselves on our eye for detail. We kindly request that you trust our professional knowledge. If for whatever reason you are unsure about something we are always happy to work with you. We guarantee our quality of work.
Do I have to vacate the property during the campaign period?
If choosing a full styling package then you must not live in the property. We ask that you do not use our furniture or decor for everyday living.
What are the payment terms?
The StyleLab Property Styling requires a commitment to one of our payment options (bank transfer, credit card or payment deferral) prior to installation. Failure to do so could result in styling being delayed. Clients should expect to receive an email from our partners at Campaign Flow, containing a link to the above-mentioned payment options approximately 1-week prior to installation.
